"Wonderful"
I was pleasently surprised there is a pillow menu, as I find most hotel pillows too soft. I chose the memory foam pillow and had a good night sleep. I love the scent of the Marihi Aotearoa body wash, and lotion. Also I was given a room at 8am which was very much appreciated after a 24 hour journey from London

It’s a nice location with fantastic staff. They worked very hard to meet our needs with our child. The dining facilities are great as well. I can highly recommend the French toast!

Beautiful hotel! Decor so luxurious... hard to find a hotel these days that is not either industrial-chic, or blaaaaand beige motel-style. This one nails it!! Loved it!!!! Bed was extremely comfortable.
