Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, there is a 2.5% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that a valid photo ID and credit card are required on arrival. The credit card is required on arrival for which a pre-authorization will be required to cover any incidentals. Alternatively, a cash or Eftpos deposit of NZD$100 per day will be required as bond in addition the the total cost of your accommodations charges, with any extra refunded on departure. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that a valid photo ID must be presented on check-in. A NZ drivers license, a valid foreign/local passport or a 18+ card are accepted only. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. The hotel offers valet parking of $50/night ( until 31st of January 2024) from February 1st 2024, valet parking fee will be $55/night. Space is limited and subject to availability. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
